ZOND – Nemfis1D SOFTWARE

ELECTROMAGNETIC SCANNER (Nemfis) 1D DATA INTERPRETATION
The EM scanner Nemfis operates in frequency range 2.5 – 250kHz. It has transmitting coil and two receiving coils separated on distance r1 and r2 from the transmitting coil. The transmitting coil produces a signal at 14 different frequencies in mentioned above frequency range. The signal is measured by two receiving coils simultaneously. The cycle of the measurement on the site take 1.5 seconds.
The Nemfis1D is designed for 1D EM sounding data inversion along the profile.
Due to simplicity and flexibility of the interface, a powerful visualization system and high speed operation, it is possible to obtain results in the field for each profile.
Nemfis1D gives the possibility to obtain resistivity and electric permeability distribution along the profile as well as at the survey site.
There are several inversion options:
– Smooth;
– Sharp;
– Focusing.
It is possible as well:
– To put weight on the data;
– To fix several electric properties;
– To set limits on the changes of electric properties.
There are convenient ways to import different apriori information.
